At the end of 2024, the cryptocurrency industry is projected to undergo a significant transition, particularly in relation to traditional finance. With the anticipated inauguration of crypto-friendly Donald Trump, the US regulatory landscape is expected to become more favorable for the industry. Asset managers are already taking advantage of this shift by submitting numerous applications for crypto-related exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). On January 17, various asset management firms filed applications for at least half a dozen crypto ETFs, signaling a growing interest in digital assets.
